Your Key Responsibilities
- Support existing global application systems SAP R3 and implement demands for the assigned systems and applications
- Provide expert support and guidance to business departments in identifying optimization potentials
- Develop concepts for the optimal mapping of business processes in the SAP PP area
- Create technical designs for the implemented solutions
- Prepare functional specifications for the implementation of requirements
- Independently implement solutions or hand them over to the development team for execution
- Ensure the successful rollout and implementation of solutions, overseeing the deployment process and addressing any challenges that may arise during the transition
- Collaborate or (sub) lead projects regionally and globally, including providing expert guidance and monitoring project members and, if necessary, external partners
- Assist and advise in the design and implementation of our future S4-Hana system as a Subject Matter Expert
Your Qualifications
- Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or (Business) Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience as an SAP-IT-consultant or comparable function in production and/or logistics
- Several years of professional experience with SAP Logistics modules (i.e. production logistics, logistic execution, EWM) and solid knowledge of customization and solution implementation
- Experience in roll-out of solutions in a global environment
- Knowledge in programming and optimization (ABAP, UI5, Fiori) is advantageous
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Strong negotiation skills in English, both written and spoken, German skills would be an advantage
- Conceptual thinking and action combined with a pragmatic "hands-on" mentality
