SAP MDG Consultant (S/4 HANA) (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing SAP S/4 MDG solutions for Business Partner master data (customers, suppliers, vendors, persons) across regional and international projects
• Configuring and maintaining MDG core functionality: MDQ (data quality rules and validation logic), MDC (duplicate detection and consolidation rules), BRF+ (business rule configuration)
• Building and troubleshoot system integrations connecting ECO system to MDG Business Partner Hub using APIs, webservices, OData, IDocs, CPI, and SOA Manager
• Managing production systems: monitor performance in SAP Solution Manager, managing support tickets in ServiceNow within agreed SLAs, resolve technical issues independently
• Assessing data quality, performing reconciliation validation and conducting root-cause analysis for technical and data-related issues
• Delivering user training and comprehensive technical documentation in English
• Supporting system testing including regression and user acceptance testing phases

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Business, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience with SAP S/4 MDG Business Partner (core focus on BP objects – customer, supplier, vendor, person)
• Proven expertise in MDG modules: MDQ (Quality), MDC (Consolidation), BRF+ (Business Rules Framework)
• Strong knowledge of system integration technologies: webservices, REST/SOAP APIs, OData, SAP CPI, SOA Manager, IDocs
• Familiarity with  ABAP programming: ability to debug code and understand integration modules
• Knowledge and experience in usage of  SQL and database: data modeling and transaction processing
• Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (system monitoring, quality gates)
• Understanding of MDG change request workflows and data governance principles
• Authorization management experience in MDG environments  
• Good understanding of SAPUI5/Fiori development for custom MDG workflows 
• Experience with multi-landscape system environments
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics or master data quality reporting 
• Fluency in SAP MDG or S/4 HANA certification 
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Independent, structured and goal-oriented way of working coupled with quality awareness and an analytical and conceptual mindset
• Willingness to travel occasionally (at least once per year)
