SAP Logistics Consultant (S/4HANA) (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting regional and international SAP S/4HANA logistics projects and deployment activities in close collaboration with global internal and external stakeholders
• Providing support within the deployment support organization for SAP S/4HANA logistics processes, with a focus on SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and SAP Transportation Management (TM)
• Analyzing, designing, and supporting the implementation of logistics solutions within the S/4HANA environment
• Executing fit-to-template analyses and validating business requirements against global templates and process standards
• Customizing organizational structures and supporting process alignment for local and global logistics scenarios
• Evaluating local process gaps and developing solution alternatives in coordination with business and IT stakeholders
• Coordinating and validating requirements with business departments and IT colleagues
• Supporting solution design and realization in cooperation with the development department, in accordance with SAP S/4HANA development processes and guidelines
• Creating functional specifications and supporting technical implementation activities
• Analyzing issues and root causes, and supporting troubleshooting activities in cases of operational or project-related incidents

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Logistics, or a comparable qualification
• Practical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Logistics, preferably in EWM and/or TM
• Broad expertise in SAP logistics, ideally across adjacent processes such as SD, MM and integration topics
• Proficiency in agile methods, such as Scrum, and knowledge of project management in SAP project environments
• Background in deployment support, template rollouts, and supporting global SAP implementation projects
• Experience in customizing organizational structures and harmonizing local requirements with global template standards
• Knowledge of fit-to-template analysis, process assessment, and requirements validation
• Ability to identify local process gaps and develop suitable solution alternatives in alignment with business and IT standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
• Strong practical knowledge of ABAP debugging and supporting technical troubleshooting activities
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive functional specifications, including complex requirements
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style with a strong focus on quality and conceptual thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, combined with a strong ability to collaborate effectively in international teams
• Willingness to travel occasionally (at least once per year)
