Your Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the processes, needs and requirements of business departments to provide the best possible solution
- Support projects in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors environment
- Design, development and consulting in regards of programs (ABAP, WD4A, FIORI etc.) and interfaces (Web or oData services)
- Operations management of the implemented HR solutions (configure 3rd party tools for time management, monitor interfaces etc.)
- Collaboration with international project teams
- Providing technical support of the system after it has been delivered
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work
- Coordinate business requirements with Schaeffler’s demand management and Incident Management process
- Collaborate with third party provider for service stability, SLA tracking and system monitoring, as well as updates/patches for the maintained SaaS solution TETA
Your Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or comparable studies
- Several years of experience in design, implementation, rollout and operation of IT systems
- Good prior experience in ABAP programming is essential, additional skills in FIORI Development and OData Services would be an advantage
- Basic understanding of time management rules and HR basic knowledge preferred
- SAP HR knowledge in modules Personnel Administration (PA) and Organizational Development (OM)
- Fluency in written and spoken English, knowledge in German language would be an advantage
- Analytical skills and structured/methodical approach, strong conceptual skills
