Your Key Responsibilities
- Establish and improve a continuous Know How Transfer of First and Second Level Support for analytics
- As part of the SAP BI Analytics Solution Team you will have responsibilities in the fields of development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operations management of our central SAP Business Warehouse solutions
- Establish and improve BW Operations model
- Establish and improve our BW Operations model (Changes and System operations)
- Provide First and Second Level Support for simple analytics and user handling incidents
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancement and changes in the world of SAP development and adapting to these changes by self-training and research work
Your Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience
- Experience in operate and develop SAP BW
- Experience in one or more SAP modules SD would be an advantage
- Understanding of code and script.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English as well as good interpersonal abilities
- Basic German skills would be an advantage
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solution oriented and structured, (self-) organized way of working.
- Capability to work well in a team-based environment as well as on their own
- Experience in ABAP programming would be an advantage
- Familiar with IT Service Management processes (ITIL Foundation desirable)
