Your Key Responsibilities
- System administration of OpenText xECM for SAP Solutions
- Development and design of technical system architecture for OpenText xECM for SAP Solutions
- Development and design of new document management & archive solutions
- System administration of document management & archive solutions
- Incident and problem handling for issues regarding operated document management & archive solutions
- Performance management for document management & archive solutions
- Identify and fix issues of operated document management & archive solutions
- Planning, coordination, and execution of maintenances for document management & archive solutions
- Planning, coordination and execution of updates and upgrades for document management & archive solutions
- Installation of new interfaces, systems, and landscapes for document management & archive solutions
- Implementing and adjusting parameters for document management & archive solutions
- Support SAP Managed Platform processes in defines SAP system landscapes
Your Qualifications
- Degree in computer science, business informatics, technical or general informatics, alternatively engineering or economic degree with IT focus
- Extensive professional experience and knowledge acquired in IT & digitalization (several years of experience as a specialist in IT consulting, development, or operation)
- Fluent English skills (verbal and written), intercultural knowledge, good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience: Operational administration, project coordination, design of document management and archive solutions
- Coordination of troubleshooting processes for complex problems in collaboration with different external vendors and internal interfaces, open-minded, targeted, business thinking, customer-focused, team-player
- Mandatory product/vendor skills: OpenText xECM for SAP Solutions
- Obligatory product/vendor skills: Azure Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, IBM Content Collector for SAP, IBM Content Manager OnDemand, IBM Spectrum Protect, Kofax Capture Scanning
- Nice to have product/vendor skills: SAP R3 & S/4 BC Administration
