Your Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate & track the progress of Sales, Operational and Planning related activities (Lead Times, Supply Agreements, Packaging etc.).
- Act like a point of contact for vendors
- Clarify the doubts with vendors concerning Supply Agreements
- Upload of documents to SAP
- Prepare the data and reports for teleconferences with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Proactive follow-up's with vendors to track the progress
- Support the SupplyOn implementation
- Work with various communication channels (teleconferences, random calls, emails, tickets)
- Identifying risks and critical areas in the process
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent, Economics, Logistics, Finance as a plus.
- Min. 1-year specialist experience in related field (Supply Chain, Procurement, Data Management, Logistics).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- English and German language on a good level
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Power Point)
- Good verbal and written communication skills (willingness to speak with suppliers on a daily basis)
- Fast learner
- Good analytical skills
- Customer-oriented person
- Team player
