Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Relevant business communication within defined group of recipients in area of sustainability
  • Following up relevant information towards sustainability topics from suppliers based on input from Material Compliance
  • Dealing with enquiries from internal and external partners/ clients
  • Supporting Business Warehouse reports and special analysis
  • Preparing presentation and tracking of key performance indicator as defined
  • Verifying supplier performance and tracking actions/ measures (written/verbal) with suppliers for sustainability issues
  • Operate suppliers inquiries
  • Escalate due to missing reactions
  • Monthly reporting for status and missing suppliers to follow up independently
  • Participation in regular meetings with Purchasing & Supplier Management Sustainability
  • Identify further development of processes and opportunities for process automation
  • Process-related support of the Material Compliance department at the interface to suppliers for information and data procurement

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min. first professional experience in administration related field, preferably in Purchasing and/or Shared Service Centre
  • Good knowledge of procurement and IT tools (e.g. SAP MM, Coupa, ServiceNow as an advantage)
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel
  • Knowledge in PowerBI
  • English language level allowing business communication (mandatory min. B2 level), knowledge of German language is a plus
  • Ability to work in a team and the international environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Fast learner and solution seeker
  • Good analytical skills
  • Customer-oriented person and very good organizational skills
