Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maintaining price in SAP for non-production related materials
  • Updating various info record types
  • Working daily in SAP - e.g., updating Price Lists, Master Data, Scheduling Agreements
  • Maintaining and updating Vendor Master Data
  • Uploading documents to SAP as well as collecting documentation from suppliers
  • Handling daily work with cases addressed by requestors (via email, phone calls, or tickets)
  • Preparing and uploading data for mass changes
  • Supporting vendors in the onboarding process
  • Preparing, maintaining and guiding the creation of Supplier’s Catalogues

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Completed studies or actively pursuing a degree in Economics, Logistics, Finance is a plus
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in relevant field for Specialist’s position
  • Experience with SAP is a strong advantage
  • Experience with SAP Master Data is considered an asset
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Power Point)
  • Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking 
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Fast learner and customer-oriented person
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
