Purchasing Specialist (Content & Supplier Management)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Relevant info communication within the defined group of recipients 
• Following up information towards Sustainability topics 
• Dealing with enquiries from internal and external partners/clients 
• Supporting Business Warehouse reports and special analysis with e. g. relevant documentation and preparing presentation and tracking of key performance indicator as defined
• Verifying supplier performance and tracking actions/ measures with suppliers for sustainability issues with focus on critical raw materials.
• Enquire and follow up missing replies
• Document supplier responses and forward to Material Compliance
• Monthly Reporting for status and missing suppliers to follow up independently
• Participation in regular JF 
• Management Sustainability
• Communication via Schaeffler Connect to affected Divisions/Functions/ Regions
• Identify further development of processes and opportunities for process automation
• Process-related support of the Material Compliance department

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent 
• First professional experience in administration-related field (preferably in Purchasing and/or Shared Service Center) is an advantage
• High command of English and German (speaking and writing) 
• Ability to work in a team and international environment 
• Customer orientation and organizational skills, with the ability of multi-tasking 
• Quick learner and solution seeker
