Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting Roles & Rights Coordination for Purchasing
- Processing Purchase Order Simulation Error Handling
- Supporting SupplyON onboarding
- Being Team support by processes in Coupa system
- Supporting Purchasing Group Administration
- Being engaged in E-Auctions Process
- Preparing administrative tasks in Projects and daily operations
- Reporting activities and data analysis
- Service NOW tickets dispatching
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in business,economic, finance
- Strong MS-Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to share knowledge and learn new tasks
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
