Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support of Purchasing Processes
  • Support of PRtoPO process
  • Dealing with enquiries from internal and external customers
  • Inputting order confirmations in the system
  • Dealing with assignment of incoming tickets in the system 
  • Providing helpdesk service for internal customers
  • Working under time pressure

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel etc)
  • High command of English  (speaking and writing)
  • Optional Romanian language (benefit)
  • Ability to work in a team and international environment
  • Customer orientation and organizational skills, with the ability of multi-tasking
  • Quick learner and solution seeker
