Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing service and support of daily tasks to ServiceNow Team
- Being the first point of contact for requestors, the ability to detect urgent requests, answering simple questions or redirecting to KeyUser
- Collecting feedback from requestors, analyzing, grouping similar feedback, presenting the survey results to the KeyUser / Project manager / Management
- Managing the order confirmation process, including automation of it
- Cooperating with Purchasing Specialists
- Providing helpdesk service for internal customers
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree
- Very good command of English, with the ability to communicate in a business environment (min. B2 level)
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level)
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Fluency in MS Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and international environment
- Customer-oriented mindset and very good organizational skills
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to finding solutions
- Able to work 30 hours per week is advantageous (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship)
