Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Providing service and support with daily tasks for the ServiceNow Team
  • Serving as the first point of contact for requestors, identifying urgent requests, answering simple questions, or redirecting them to the Key User
  • Collecting feedback from requestors, analyzing and grouping similar input, and presenting survey results to the Key User, Project Manager, or Management
  • Managing the order confirmation process, including its automation
  • Cooperating with Purchasing Specialists
  • Providing helpdesk support for internal customers
  • Working under time pressure

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Actively pursuing a degree
  • Very good command of English, with the ability to communicate in a business environment (min. B2 level)
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level)
  • Knowledge of German is a plus
  • Fluency in MS Excel
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and international environment
  • Customer-oriented mindset and very good organizational skills
  • Quick learner with a proactive approach to finding solutions
  • Able to work 30 hours per week is advantageous (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship)
