Your Key Responsibilities
- Being the first point of contact for suppliers, detecting urgent requests, answering simple questions or redirecting to KeyUser
- Collecting feedback from suppliers, analyzing, grouping similar feedback, presenting results to the KeyUser / Project manager / Management
- Simple report creation in Excel, analyzing
- Cooperation with Purchasing Specialists
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree
- Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Fluency in MS Excel
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and international environment
- Customer orientation and very good organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Capability to work under time pressure
- Able to work at least 30 hours per week (we offer a flexible schedule to balance studies and internship)
