Product Owner PIM eComm Solutions (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional leadership and direction to the “PIM eComm Solutions” team fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment 
• Mentor and support team members in their professional development and career growth
• Lead the development and management of the “PIM eComm Solutions” roadmap, ensuring alignment with stakeholders
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, keeping an adequate balance between projects, operations, and capacities
• Define a strategy for the product when it comes to target landscape, target operating model from an economic point of view
• Act as a point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating discussions and decisions regarding product features, timelines, priorities and expectations as well as product vision
• Collaborate with the other industry departments, finance and purchasing orientated teams to ensure integrative solutions especially were demands affect multiple teams/solutions
• Work closely with the leadership team consisting of the People & Competence Manager and Scrum Master as well as other Product Owners

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or in a comparable field
• Several years of leadership experience, strong leadership skills incl. motivation, coaching, managing complex situations and stakeholders as well as team transformation capabilities
• Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within IT
• Excellent analytical, conceptual and communication skills, experience in projects in the field of Product Information Systems and Ecommerce platforms
• Knowledge of cloud computing and system architecture is advantageous
• Professional experience in agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban, along with DevOps processes is beneficial
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• German and Polish language skills are a plus
• Ability to develop a clear product vision and communicate it in an inspiring way
• Strong communication and decision-making skills and a high sense of responsibility
• Willingness to travel to Germany on at least a bi-weekly basis
