Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Monthly reporting of the category’s BW project
  • Overview and maintain the supplier price lists incl. their structure
  • Building and maintaining the category’s supplier-technology-matrix
  • Tracking and supporting the preparation and conduction of negotiation projects
  • Creating and analyzing reports (e.g. PUR1000, PUCO1000, FI3000) using Analysis for Office
  • Overview, understand and maintain the supplier price lists incl. their structure
  • Preparing and/or presenting the data, figures in a clear way, also to managerial level
  • Aligning open points with various stakeholders on various levels of experience in the Company
  • Deep dive of the data in order to understand the background of it
  • Managing a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Providing on-the-job support for other team members requiring support
  • Providing helpdesk services for internal customers
  • Maintaining and managing information in various PUR systems (e. g. Supplier Master Da-ta, Contract Management, Supply On)
  • Understand and follow quality and efficiency of PUR process management in purpose to achieve agreed performance targets (SLA, KPI metrics). Monitor own performance and inform about risks and potential divisions along with the mitigation proposals

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Completed studies in Business Administration or related fields
  • Minimum 1-year of professional experience, with technical knowledge as an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Good knowledge of procurement tools (e.g. SAP MM)
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
  • Knowledge of German and Polish is a plus
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively as a part of an international team
  • Customer orientation and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Proactive and eager to learn
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
