Your Key Responsibilities
- Leading Logistics Packaging Management with direct reporting line to SDM
- Provide leadership for the team Packaging Operations with 10 - 15 employees
- Hold accountability for the overall performance of the team members
- Manage day-to-day operations of their team
- Contribute to continuous process optimization efforts
- Maintain and execute work schedules
- Back up for direct reports as the best-to-go person in the team
- Authoritative voice when it comes to making technical decisions
- Monitor and perform quantitative and qualitative achievements of the team and report results to a manager
- Perform administrative tasks
- Attract, recruit and develop talents to their teams by having the best insight to team members talents and the best fit for the role of everyone on the teams incl. successors planning, workforce capabilities
- Set goals, perform appraisals and recommend merit proposals
- Take an active part in regular Customer, Service Provider calls as per the Communication Model
- Drive the implementation of leading technologies, i. e. Robotics Process Automation (RPA)
Your Qualifications
Education:
- Successfully completed university degree (diploma, master's degree, or doctorate) in logistics/supply chain management
Work experience:
- Min. 5 years of professional experience
- Min. 2 years of logistics background, packaging operations experience is an asset
- Min. 2 years of leadership experiece
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of logistics/production processes, procedures and flows acress the entire Supply chain
- Knowledge of methods and instruments of quality management
- MS Office
- SAP logistics experience
- Excellent English skills
- German skills are an asset
