Order Handling Specialist with Italian or Spanish (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Handling of customer requests and creating new cases in Salesforce
- Checking requests against production planning
- Being the first point of contact for the customer
- Communicating the results of cases
- Escalating of unresolved cases to the next level
- Handling of order changes caused by Schaeffler (AB-Monitor)
- Checking of confirmation situation via AB-Monitor
- Sending out order confirmation
- Delivering coordination with Transport Management and requesting proof of delivery
Your Qualifications
- Completed at least bachelor studies or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a customer service or demand management position in international organization
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1 level)
- At least very good command of the Italian or Spanish language (min. B2)
- Knowledge of Polish is considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD Module, SAP APO, Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- Strong interpersonal skills
