Your Key Responsibilities
Inquiry Management 1st level: Handling of customer requests (Salesforce)
- Case creation in Salesforce
- Check request against production planning
- Communication of the result to the customer (Case solved = closed)
- Case not solved = escalation to 2nd level
Handling of order changes caused by Schaeffler (AB-Monitor)
- Check confirmation situation via AB-Monitor
- Depending on customer classification (B,C,D) - send out confirmation
- Depending on customer classification (A) - check situation with customer
Start logistics and invoicing
- Delivery coordination with Transport Management
- Request for proof of delivery
Your Qualifications
- Master’s degree
- A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a customer service or demand management position of an international organization
- Very good English and advanced German language
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD Module, Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
