Your Key Responsibilities


Inquiry Management 1st level: Handling of customer requests (Salesforce)

  • Case creation in Salesforce
  • Check request against production planning
  • Communication of the result to the customer (Case solved = closed)
  • Case not solved = escalation to 2nd level


Handling of order changes caused by Schaeffler (AB-Monitor)

  • Check confirmation situation via AB-Monitor
  • Depending on customer classification (B,C,D) - send out confirmation
  • Depending on customer classification (A) - check situation with customer

Start logistics and invoicing

  • Delivery coordination with Transport Management
  • Request for proof of delivery

Your Qualifications


  • Master’s degree
  • A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a customer service or demand management position of an international organization
  • Very good English and advanced German language
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD Module, Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
