Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing explanations and solutions to customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handling customer requests in Salesforce
- Checking requests against production planning
- Delivery coordinating with Transport Management
- Handling of order changes caused by Schaeffler (AB-Monitor)
- Identifying optimization areas of supply chain and logistics activities and report to Team Leader and/or Professionals
- Case creating in Salesforce
- Responding to customers inquiries and complaints and detect reasons for logistics problems arising
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in German Philology or related field
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a customer service or demand management position within an international organization
- Fluency in both Polish and German, with a minimum of B2/C1 level proficiency
- Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level)
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 SD Module, SAP APO, and Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
