Your Key Responsibilities
- Customer requests identification in Salesforce, assigning tickets to proper queues
- Handling customer inquiries related to order status, delivery status
- New case creation in Salesforce
- Support order changes: cancellation/ postponement / sending order confirmation
- Request for proof of delivery
Your Qualifications
- Eager to learn from others
- Strong communication skills
- Good English skills
- Proficiency with MS Office tools
- German is an asset
- Team player
