Order Entry Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities

Receive order and check against contract, Create and book order

• Booking sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers/sales representatives
• Coordination of price differences in commercial condition and missing information, material discrepancies with Internal Sales
• Checking references to quotations or contracts
• Maintenance of reason for rejection in the offer (reason for rejection "order received")

Change Orders & Update Quantity Contracts (Customer driven)

• Maintenance and implement changes in scheduling agreements in alignment with end-customer: quantity increase/decrease, postponement or scheduling agreement delivery date change
• Handling of delivery blocks

Your Qualifications

• Higher education
• A minimum one year proven experience in a customer service or demand management position of an international organization
• Very good English and advanced German or French language skills allowing smooth communication
• Knowledge of SAP SD Module (f.e. transactions VA01, VA31) Salesforce Service Cloud advantageous
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
