Order Entry Specialist (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Receiving orders and checking them against contracts
- Creating and booking orders
- Booking sales orders based on purchase orders received from customers or sales representatives
- Coordinating price differences in commercial terms and missing information, as well as material discrepancies with Internal Sales
- Checking references to quotations or contracts
- Maintaining reasons for rejection in the offers
- Changing orders and updating quantity contracts (customer-driven)
- Implementing and maintaining changes in scheduling agreements and orders in alignment with end-customers, including quantity increases/decreases, postponements, or delivery date changes in scheduling agreements/orders
- Handling delivery blocks
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed at least a bachelor's degree
- Minimum of one year of proven experience in a customer service or order management position within an international organization
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with the SAP SD Module and Salesforce Service Cloud is advantageous
- Good communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- Excellent interpersonal skills
