Your Key Responsibilities
- Organizing and dispatching of domestic and cross-border transports by road, air, sea and CEP shipments
- Providing support with shipment processing in customer portals
- Preparing shipments notifications for transport forwarders or customer’s forwarders
- Supporting the organization of premium freights
- Creating required shipping documents for domestic and international transports
- Tracking and tracing of shipments
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree
- Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
- Fluency in MS Excel, including data manipulation, database management, and advanced statistical and analytical techniques is advantageous
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
