Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and assistance to Logistics Teams in daily activities
- Executing internal and external order process (BANF, order, confirmation control, track delivery on time, clarification of discrepancies, close orders and workflow)
- Order handling in customer portals or systems (account balance, claim management, controlling of reusable stocks at external suppliers)
- Cooperating with logistics service providers
- Supporting projects and rollouts in all project stages
- Providing general support and assistance to our transport management team
- Optimizing freight forwarding costs and service types
- Generating and presenting reports of freight volume to our service providers
- Tracking and tracing of shipments
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree
- Strong MS-Office skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point)
- Fluency in Excel (VBA, manipulating data, working with databases, statistical and advanced analytical know-how) would be an advantage
- Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
