Your Key Responsibilities
- Performing daily administrative operations in various systems (SupplyON, ServiceNOW, SAP, Coupa)
- Supporting Project Management Teams in administrative tasks
- Providing trainings and preparation of training materials for end-users
- Handling Q&A sessions with end-users
- Supporting vendors in SupplyON onboarding process
- Purchasing orders error management and prevention
- Administration of change requests
- Data quality check and cleansing
- Roles & Rights Coordinating for Purchasing
- Supporting in root cause analysis for deviations in the processes
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in Economics, Logistics, Finance, Management, Project Management or related fields
- Ideally, first professional experience (e.g. internships) for Junior’s position or 1-3 year of professional experience in relevant field for Specialist’s position
- Experience in Purchasing and Process Transformation as a strong plus
- Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level)
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Outlook,PowerPoint) and proficiency in Excel
- Experience with SAP, SupplyOn, ServiceNOW is a strong advantage
- Proactive attitude in Change Management and Process Transformation
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fast learner
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer-oriented and Team player person
