Your Key Responsibilities
- Organization and dispatching of domestic and cross-border transports containing road, air, sea, CEP shipments
- Advising shipments in customer portals
- Shipments notifications for transport forwarders/ or customer's forwarders
- Organization of Premium Freights
- Creation of necessary shipping documents for domestic and international transports
- Tracking and tracing of shipments
- Coordination with interfaces – sales, carrier, shipping agency, etc.
- Support of projects and roll-outs in all stages
Your Qualifications
- Commercial education, e.g. finished apprenticeship as industrial or logistics clerk, forwarding merchant, or degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or comparable specialization
- First working experience in Logistics, SCM or in the range of transport complaint handling
- Knowledge of transport processes and transport administration preferred
- SAP skills preferred
- MS Office experience
- Databases knowledge (e.g. Access, SQL) advantageous
- Fluent in English
- German language is an asset
