Junior Transport Operations Specialist (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Organising and dispatching of domestic and cross-border transports containing road, air, sea, CEP shipments
- Advising shipments in customer portals
- Notyfying transport or customer carriers about shipmentsfor transport forwarders/ or customer’s forwarders
- Organising of Premium Freights
- Preparing necessary transport documents for domestic and international transports
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in commercial education, e.g. finished apprenticeship as industrial or logistics clerk, forwarding merchant or degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- First working experience in Logistics, SCM or in the range of transport complaint handling
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
- Intermediate proficiency in the German language (min. B1)
- Knowledge of Polish language is a plus
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Proficiency in Excel (manipulating data, working with databases, statistical and advanced analytical know-how) would be an advantage
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
