Junior Freight Invoice Verification Specialist (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Verifying basic freight invoices from a limited list of vendors for compliance with export and import shipment agreements
• Validating Incoterms, weight, and shipment numbers in the internal database and SAP system
• Requesting credit notes or agreeing and raising debit notes when billed costs deviate from calculated amounts
• Allocating costs to Cost Centers in accordance with established guidelines
• Cooperating with logistic service forwarders
• Supporting projects and roll-outs across all stages

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in one of the following fields: Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related area, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience
• First working experience in Logistics, Finance or in the range of freight invoices handling
• Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level)
• Knowledge of German is considered an asset
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Fluency in MS Excel - experience with data manipulation, database management, and advanced statistical and analytical techniques is advantageous
