Junior Data Management Coordinator (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Performing daily operations focused on integration related activities in systems such as Coupa, Squando and various SAP environments
• Conducting regular follow-ups and checks with IT and Project Team Members
• Supporting system updates and releases
• Communicating with respective Purchasing Colleagues in order to clarify topics
• Consolidating of data according to project needs
• Performing daily administrative operations in various systems (Squando MDG, ServiceNOW, SAP, Coupa)
• Supporting Project Management Teams in administrative tasks

Your Qualifications

• Advanced analytical skills, result oriented, collaborative work style and commercial aspects knowledge
• Good organizational skills, openness to feedback 
• Structured and well planned way of work 
• Open to ocassional business trips
• Proactive attitude in Change Management and Process Transformation 
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and work with IT applications 
• Basic knowledge of Procurement systems (SAP, Coupa) at least as an end user
• Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level)
• Knowledge of German is a plus
