Junior Accounts Receivable Specialist with German (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Processing the full cycle of cash allocation, cash management, credit management, and Accounts Receivable (AR) master data management
• Maintaining credit limits for each customer in the system complying with credit insurance requirements and bank guarantees
• Applying and checking credit limits
• Reviewing and releasing daily delivery blocks
• Monitoring of payments on a daily basis
• Collecting all outstanding items due on assigned accounts
• Managing disputies, includinge differentiation and dicrepancy handling
• Preparing credit and collection documentation
• Handling other receivables activities, such as invoices/credit notes checks, recharges, collection calls, and dunning preparation
• Reconcilling and analyzing account balances during the month-end process
• Supporting internal control testing and preparing relevant documentation
• Interacting with customers regarding Accounts Receivable financial documents
• Supporting the transition of local AR processes to the service center

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Economics or Business Administration
• First professional experience in finance area, preferably in AR and/or a Shared Service Center environment would be an advantage
• Fluency in both Polish and German, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
• Good command of the English language (min. B1 level)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems, e.g. SAP would be an advantage
• Willingness to become familiar with new tools
• Strong organizational skills with good communication, multitasking, and customer orientation
• Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented can-do approach
