Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the EHS Coordinator in creating and implementing health and safety conditions for the newly established site
- Assisting in risk analysis and assessment specific to the new location
- Participating in the preparation of EHS documentation required for the site launch
- Collaborating on the development of health and safety procedures and instructions tailored to the workplace specifics
- Collecting and verifying information regarding legal requirements and EHS standards
- Creating evacuation plans and fire safety rules
- Assisting in the selection of EHS services and products by reviewing vendor offers
- Providing administrative and organizational support to the EHS Coordinator and Office Manager
- Handling and responding to daily correspondence
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree, ideally in EHS, Safety Management, Environmental Protection or related fields
- Fluency in English with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Proactive and eager to learn
- Knowledge of German is a plus
