Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Finance Team in receiving, reviewing and checking financial documents for completeness (mainly travel expenses)
- Active expenses verification
- Processing Service Now tickets and support for travelers
- Supporting simple activities done by the Finance Team according to the priorities (hotline support for travelers, solving queries)
- Working to improve the existing reporting templates and tools (Excel)
- Taking part in the weekly and monthly team meetings of the Finance Team
- Support for Concur and SAP interface
- Development of suggestions for improvement and analysis of weak points
- Compliance with tax requirements for travel expense reporting
- Creating documents (instructions) for travelers
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a university degree
- English language level B2 and/or German language level B1 or B2 level
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Interest in finance processes in line with Schaeffler defined policies & procedures
- Ability to work in a team and international environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and you are detail oriented
- Very good organizational and planning skills
- Interest in developing your skills in using finance tools (Concur) and/or other advanced applications (Service Now)
