Your Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with resolving IAM-related issues and incident tickets to gain hands-on experience in the field
- Supporting the maintenance of our IAM system while working collaboratively with team members
- Participating in solution development and process improvement to enhance identity and access management practices
- Performing monitoring and reporting tasks to ensure system reliability and security
- Documenting procedures and solutions to contribute to the team's knowledge base and user guides
- Participating in team meetings to share insights and ideas for enhancing operations
- Engaging in various IAM tasks that support business activities to provide a well-rounded experience
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related fields
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address challenges
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Entra ID is a plus
