Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsibility for managing IT Transition back office processes
- Coaches the development team and the product owner with regard to agile methods and Scrum
- Ensures the workability of the development team and promotes the self-organization of the team
- Supports all Agile Meetings and moderates them as needed, clarifies impediments (faults) and assists in removing obstacles
- Acts as mediator in conflicts
- Supports the setup of new Agile Product teams in the IT Organization with agile methodology and change management aspect
- Delivers regular reporting e.g. transition key figures and RAG status to SGSE management and functional stakeholders
- Analyzes and supports optimization opportunities in IT Service Delivery
- Provides service portfolio management and change management support
- Organizing end-to-end IT transitions from various European locations to Wrocław
- Responsibility for keeping up-to-date various transition trackers, such as status updates, documentation, training schedules etc.,
- Roll-in activities/transitions into the Wroclaw in an IT area as part of a cross functional Transition Management team
- Organize, coordinate and conduct transitions of IT services and tasks into SGS Europe based on SSC transition methodology and competence
- Building and developing positive relationships, ensuring proper communication and professional support
- Recognize, report on time risks and issues and work on mitigations and solutions
- Build up and integrate SSC transition methodology and competence
- Develop proper skillset and knowledge of people engaged in the project on different levels
- Manage projects and resources involved, including usage of Change Management and Risk Management methods
- Execute project controls and quality management actions
- Maintain and improve standards and procedures according to internal guidelines
Your Qualifications
- Successfully completed university degree in IT, Business Informatics, Business Administration or related
- Strong strategic and planning thinking in complex contexts
- Experience in global organizations and in Agile environments
- Project and portfolio management
- Agile methods, e.g. SAFe, SCRUM, KANBAN
- Constructive assertiveness and conflict capability
- Solution-oriented communication and collaboration skills
- Strong presentation and moderation skills
- Methodical approach and negotiation skills
- Analytical reasoning and judgment
- Strong orientation for results and goals
- Motivational and persuasive ability
- Entrepreneurial thinking and action
- Good oral and written communication skills in Polish and English
- German as an advantage
