Your Key Responsibilities
- Optimization of M365 License Management
- Conceptualization and implementation of PoC and pilot projects to expand the service portfolio
- Windows File Share Configuration and Access Management
- Windows Server Volume Management
- Azure File Sync operation
- M365 3rd Level Support
Your Qualifications
- M365 license knowledge
- Basic Entra ID Knowledge
- Basic AD knowledge
- Basic Teams Admin Center Knowledge (Policies)
- Project Management skills
- PowerShell skills
- M365 experience and knowledge
- Azure File sync knowledge
- Windows FileShare knowledge
