IT Systems Architect - Cloud Foundation (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing and operating the self services portal for Cloud Foundation
• Integrating DevOps principles in all lifecycle phases of our Cloud Foundation services and digital platforms, from design and development to implementation across AWS, Azure, and Alibaba Cloud
• Developing auto remediation and self-service capabilities for the Cloud Foundation
• Engineering and maintaining the underlying cloud-based services of the Cloud Foundation according to architecture Best Practices and standards across our supported cloud platforms
• Managing increasing complexity and interdependency of the Cloud Foundation components by using latest technologies and integrating high level cloud services from the providers
• Implementing and enforcing policies and controls based on security specifications to ensure the security and compliance of the Cloud Foundation
• Consulting customers, providing expert guidance and collaboration on how to best leverage the Cloud Foundation for their application deployments across different cloud platforms, while adhering to security policies

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Long-term professional experience as a DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure, possessing in-depth knowledge of at least one major hyperscaler platform like AWS, Azure, or Alibaba Cloud
• Several years of experience with infrastructure-as-code tools relevant to the chosen hyperscaler
• Familiarity with the other platforms is beneficial
• A proven expertise with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions
• Several years of practical involvement in the administration of operating systems (Linux, Windows), including configuration, automation, scripting, and monitoring, with a deep understanding of building and maintaining secure cloud infrastructure
• Ability to write well-formatted, structured, and clean code in Python or NodeJS and working with Git 
• Strong debugging and command-line skills across various operating systems and cloud environments with a focus on infrastructure and platform troubleshooting, including security-related issues
• Proficiency in Bash/Shell scripting, Python/JavaScript programming, and cloud services with a focus on security and policy enforcement
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish (min. B2 level)
• Enthusiasm for frequent interaction with internal customers, providing expert guidance, and collaborating on Cloud Foundation across platforms in a fast-paced environment
