Your Key Responsibilities

 

  • Supports end users remotely with trouble shooting, using computer, IT devices, and software for an assigned area of competence
  • Capture incidents, provide 1st level contact and convey resolutions to customer issues
  • Walk customers through problem solving process, and track, route and redirect problems to correct resources
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support, according to the IT incident management process
  • Update tickets, produce activity reports, and ensure proper recording, documentation and closure

 

Your Qualifications

 

  • Written and spoken English (B2), German would be great
  • Experience in 1st/2nd level support
  • IT generalist with an understanding of IT processes and infrastructure
  • Solution-oriented way of working
  • Experience with ServiceNow (ticket/task processing)
  • Power BI knowledge
  • SQL Reporting Service knowledge
  • Knowledge of common office tools
  • Ideally: Experience with agile working methods
  • Ideally: project experience
