IT Project Manager (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Leading and managing end-to-end IT projects within IT Service Solutions
• Starting with the inaugural project, “Physical Access System Consolidation”
• Ensuring clear project governance, stakeholder alignment and risk mitigation across various regions
• Leading standardization and process optimization in collaboration with global and regional teams
• Overseeing project planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and progress reporting
• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration with other departments
• Developing of strategic vision for the future of Physical Access Systems through benchmarking efforts
• Introducing governance frameworks and policies in large organizations
• Representing the project in steering committees and leadership updates
• Preparing diverse project documentation and ensure compliance

Your Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project management experience in a global IT environment or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience 
• Experience in large-scale IT system rollouts and managing external providers
• Proficiency in project methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Teams, and other project management tools)

• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)

• Strong leadership and management capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across hierarchies and regions
• High strategic thinking ability combined with operational excellence
