Your Key Responsibilities
- Design, implementation, operations and further development of the Schaeffler Group's Enterprise Content Management System (CMS)
- Technical and content support for the business departments in the implementation of CMS content such as
management handbook, documents from various business processes, and document management for other systems such as SAP S/4HANA - Manage and support projects in the CMS environment for proof of concepts and development/configurations of prototypes together with internal and external experts
- Analysis and evaluation of global requirements for the CMS
- Present and discuss results on different management levels within IT and with our internal customers, e.g. Organizational Development or Human Resources
- Application consulting and training for business users
- Managing the IT product CMS
- Definition and configuration of document types
- Structuring of documents / content, metadata
- Authorizations (authors and end users)
- Publishing of documents, release processes, search functions
- Change management of docs
- Understanding of regulations/compliance for document management retention periods
- Employee groups
- „Right to be forgotten“
- Archiving
Your Qualifications
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience related to conception and implementation of Enterprise Content Management systems, e.g. Opentext X-ECM or BIC Tool
- Strong knowledge in management, design, implementation, rollout and operations of IT-systems
- Experience in project management methods and tools
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams to develop and manage the IT product
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional stakeholders, internal customers and global teams
- Fluent English language skills, basic German language skills would be a plus
- Agile working experience
- Audit experience
- knowledge of ISO9001
- technical knowledge in digital content management systems, web application development, and integration frameworks
