Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting employee growth by advising and guiding on personal development
- Conducting staff interviews to provide career direction
- Analyzing current skill gaps in coordination with relevant Product Owners and development teams
- Examining strategic trends, essential qualifications, and succession planning to ensure the availability of necessary skills both short and long term, considering capacity and location needs
- Establishing, communicating, and monitoring the achievement of goals for each individual and the team as a whole
- Supporting development teams in building a "T-shaped" skill set, determining which skills to develop internally and which to source externally, based on area-specific options
- Improving team performance and learning ability by removing obstacles and facilitating effective solutions
- Planning and controlling personnel costs
- Monitoring employee time accounts, managing work schedules, ensuring accurate reporting of hours, and supporting vacation and absence planning
- Hiring new employees in coordination with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Dev Team
- Making informed salary decisions based on team feedback
- Representing the team in labor law matters
- Supporting a smooth transition process for new employees
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in business administration, ideally with a specialization in IT, human resources management or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in management or leadership roles, showing the ability to lead teams and projects
- Experience in IT SAP environment is required
- Experience in IT environment would be an asset
- Very good command of the Polish language (min. B2 level)
- Very good command of the English language (min. B2 level)
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Experience with managing and facilitating change within an organization
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with employees and stakeholders
- Experience in developing and introducing shared service organizations or similar structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of the organization
