IT PDM Service Specialist

Your Key Responsibilities

• First- and second-level Engineering support for PDM key and end users (e.g. PTC Windchill)
• Collaboration in regional projects assigned to Engineering Service such as roll-outs
• Operations management and monitoring for assigned systems and applications
• Continuous improving service quality

Your Qualifications

• Degree in the field of mechanical Engineering & IT or computer science or comparable qualification with corresponding practical experience
• Basic understanding of ITIL processes, as well as database systems
• Knowledge of Windows operating system
• Knowledge in software administration and customizing
• Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good English knowledge for worldwide support activities
• Experience in the use or support of Engineering solutions (e.g. Windchill, CREO) are beneficial
