HR Processes Optimization Specialist (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting of necessary process adaptions in close cooperating with the respective stakeholders
- Being responsible for creating and tracking new IT enhancements
- Evaluating, preparing and procedural supporting for german-wide harmonization, automation or outsourcing by using lean methodology
- Maintaining focus on support for the harmonization/relocation of processes VT HR SC / HR SSC
- Continuous reviewing and if necessary processing adjustments in the event of changed framework conditions (e.g. guidelines, laws, etc.)
- Identifying potential for improvement and conducting optimization workshops
- Ensuring process-compliant and audit-proof quality standards for the german HR Organization
- Central elaborating of communication concepts for process adjustments for relevant stakeholders
- Interfacing and close collaborating with the HR Sevice Center, Payroll and GFT's
- Contributing and supporting in different HR projects
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in social sciences, economics or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience
- Several years of professional experience in project/process management
- Several years of professional experience in HR is considered as an asset
- A proven experience in implementing guidelines in the HR area
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English and German (min. B2)
- Knowledge of Polish is a plus
- Independent and structured approach to work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to travel up to once per month
