HR Information Systems Analyst (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and administering HR system tools 
• Translating newly designed HR processes into system landscape (incl. building workflows in digital HR tools)
• Optimizing digital HR processes using HR software
• Developing a master document structure/architecture in the system
• Creating documents using HR system tools
• Configuring automatic data and documents to the system
• Performing tests in the system
• Delivering process and system training
• Data entry and maintaining in HR systems
• Preparing process documentation
• General administration supporting and request processing in the HR department for different process areas (i.e. HR Data Management, Time & Attendance) delivered through remote channels (i.e. e-mail, ticketing system, MS Teams)
• Beeing point of contact and process coach (“Buddy”) for new colleagues and other stakeholders

Your Qualifications

• Completed studies in Business Administration, Business Informatics or related field, or comparable qualifications with corresponding practical experience 
• Strong technical/IT background or ability to quickly learn system and IT-related topics
• Professional experience in technical/IT or HR/administration work, preferably in HRIT/Shared Service Center environment
• Knowledge and experience in system implementation and administration, preferably in HR Environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point)
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in Polish (min. C1 level)
• Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. C1 level)
• Knowledge of German is a plus   
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent skills in communication, stakeholder management and customer orientation
• Ability to work independently and with solution oriented can-do approach
• Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
