Your Key Responsibilities
- Leading and managing people, including taking responsibility and ownership of all people-related topics such as recruiting, coaching, performance reviews, goal setting, communication, talent management, and disciplinary discussions
- Coordinating and distributing work within the team
- Establishing, measuring, monitoring, and analyzing KPIs and SLAs, being responsible for ensuring their achievement
- Involving directly in handling difficult and escalated cases, including managing effective escalations
- Playing a key role in transitioning and transforming projects related to HR processes
- Participating in HR projects as a stakeholder or project lead during the implementation phases
- Managing stakeholders, focusing on building and maintaining effective relationships and acting as a reliable business partner at various organizational levels
- Driving process improvements and automation initiatives within the assigned processes
- Maintaining and regularly updating process documentation and backup structures
- Executing required controls ensuring compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements
- Performing additional tasks assigned by the supervisor, provided they are related to the core duties of the position
Your Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in administration or Shared Service Center environment, preferably including HR experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a people leadership role
- Experience in transitioning and setting up new processes within an HR Shared Service Center environment
- Experience in project work related to system implementation
- Fluency in both German and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Knowledge of Polish is a plus
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and willingness to learn new tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to act as a go-to person who effectively understands and addresses the issues of the team and stakeholders
- Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills, with flexibility to adjust to multiple demands and shifting priorities
- High focus on quality and continuous improvement
- Proactive change driver, adaptable and open to working in a dynamic environment, possessing a solution-oriented, can-do approach
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on understanding and addressing issues efficiently and effectively
- Willingness to travel within Europe for up to 10% of working time, with more frequent travel expected at the beginning of projects
