HR Delivery Specialist for Talent Management Support (All Genders)

Your Key Responsibilities
- Providing general and technical support to HR software users (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management, Korn Ferry, Strengthscope) via remote channels such as e-mail, ticketing systems, and MS Teams, in accordance with agreed procedures
- Maintaining general data within HR systems
- Preparing HR reports using SAP SuccessFactors and MS Office 365
- Developing and maintaining process documentation
- Serving as the first point of contact for the competence center and other stakeholders
- Supporting colleagues through process guidance and training
- Participating in transition or implementation projects
- Identifying issues and consulting on alternative solutions with process owners and relevant stakeholders
- Acting as a point of contact for complex or escalated cases
- Driving process improvement initiatives
- Performing other ad hoc HR administration tasks
Your Qualifications
- Completed studies or comparable qualifications in Human Resources or related fields
- Few years of professional experience in administration work, preferably in HR and/or Shared Service Center environment, or in technical support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge and experience in usage of ERP systems (such as SAP or Workday) or willingness to become familiar with new tools
- Fluency in Polish with a minimum of C1 level proficiency
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
- Knowledge of German is considered an asset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze significant amounts of information with accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and customer orientation
- Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team with a solution-oriented approach
- Focused on high quality and continuous improvement with attention to detail
