HR Delivery Specialist - Content Creator

Your Key Responsibilities
- Development of digital learnings (videos - explanatory and instructional, informative films, web-based trainings, learning nuggets, gamification concepts etc.) incl. conception, script, story telling and international language versions
- Conversion of training materials into interactive and innovative E-learnings
- Development of didactically valuable learning content, that optimally addresses the needs of our target groups (covering various topics e.g. electrification, sustainability, quality, digitalization, safety)
- Communication and advice to business and joint development of innovative learning concepts
- Community-management to exchange information and stay up-to-date
- Coordination and implementation of HR administrative processes, and providing broad functional advice to assigned area of responsibility
- Participation in transition and implementation projects
- Preparation and maintenance of process documentation and manuals
- General administration support to the HR function in different process areas (training & learning in particular)
- Acting as key user for function related administration systems, and liaise with IT or functional Information Management, if required
- Providing guidance to less experienced content creators
Your Qualifications
- Experience in the creation of E-learning content, ideally in conjunction with AI
- Ability to present content in an easily understandable and engaging way
- Experience in using common authoring tools, graphic tools and presentation tools
- Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary and remote team
- High media affinity and basic didactic skills
- Completed studies or apprenticeship in the area of media education or comparable
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
