HR Delivery Intern

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the HR Delivery team in different process areas, such as HR Data Management or Administration of Trainings
• General data maintenance in HR systems
• Supporting the documentation management
• Participation in operational meetings
• Other ad hoc HR administration tasks

Your Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in MS Office usage (especially MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to become familiar with new tools and applications, such as SAP HR or Service NOW
• Communicative German and at least good English language skills
• Organizational talent with strong skills in communication
• Customer-focused
• Open for change and dynamic working environment
• Self-driven but ready to learn from others and with solution oriented can-do approach
• Focused on high quality and continuous improvement
