Your Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the HR Delivery team in different process areas, such as HR Data Management or Training Administration
- General data maintenance in HR systems
- Supporting the documentation management
- Taking part in operational meetings
- Other ad hoc HR administration tasks
Your Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Workday) or willingness to become familiar with new tools
- Fluency in both Polish and English, with a minimum of B2 level proficiency
- Knowledge of German is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
